With more than 18 years of experience in health fundraising, Oli ensures every pound you raise has maximum impact. His leadership drives our vision forward and keeps our feet grounded making us focus on what matters most—giving people with complex mental health the support they need to build lives full of hope.

Voluntary Services Manager

A familiar face at St Andrew’s Healthcare for six years. Dawn leads our volunteering programme and builds strong community partnerships. Her work connects generous people, like you, with meaningful opportunities and ensures every volunteer realises they’re making a difference.
